Monique Alafaci
Registered Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor
Monique is a psychologist who believes meaningful change happens within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. She works with children, adolescents, and adults to support them in making sense of their inner world and life experiences. Monique brings a calm, collaborative, and individualised approach to therapy, creating space for reflection and growth that aligns with each person’s values & goals.
Her therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Monique works collaboratively with clients to support meaningful change.
Monique has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, adjustment challenges, and significant life transitions. She integrates neuro-affirming and gender-affirming approaches into her work, reflecting a strong commitment to inclusive, respectful, and affirming care.
In addition to her clinical work, Monique is a Board-Approved Supervisor, providing professional supervision to provisional and early-career psychologists. She has also completed comprehensive training in psychological assessment, including the ADOS, and is committed to ethical, thoughtful practice that supports a clear understanding of each individual’s needs and strengths.
Tatiana Zoghbi
Registered Psychologist
Tatiana is a warm and compassionate registered psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. She brings years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of mental health and developmental concerns.
Tatiana is especially passionate about working with neurodiverse children and young people, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disabilities. She also provides support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and grief.
With a calm and empathetic approach, Tatiana is committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of each client. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Child-Centred Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Tatiana is also skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for developmental, cognitive, and educational concerns, and works closely with families, schools, and support networks to guide intervention and care.
