Monique Alafaci
Registered Psychologist,
Board Approved Supervisor
Monique is a registered psychologist with over 5 years’ experience, working with young people and adults in therapy and providing psychological assessment and diagnosis for children.
She offers a calm, collaborative, and individualised approach, creating a safe space where clients feel understood and supported to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. She supports adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, identity-related stress, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, adjustment challenges, and significant life transitions.
Monique is committed to inclusive practice and affirming care approaches that respect each person’s identity, lived experience, and strengths. She has completed advanced training in psychological assessment, including the ADOS. This year she is commencing a post-registration Clinical Masters to further deepen her clinical expertise.
In addition to her clinical work, Monique is a Board-Approved Supervisor, providing supervision to provisional psychologists (5+1) and early-career psychologists.
Tatiana Zoghbi
Registered Psychologist.
Tatiana is a warm and compassionate registered psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. She brings years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of mental health and developmental concerns.
Tatiana is especially passionate about working with neurodiverse children and young people, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disabilities. She also provides support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and grief.
With a calm and empathetic approach, Tatiana is committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of each client. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Child-Centred Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Tatiana is also skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for developmental, cognitive, and educational concerns, and works closely with families, schools, and support networks to guide intervention and care.
