Monique Alafaci
Monique is a compassionate and dedicated psychologist helping children, adolescents and adults navigate a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. She employs a warm, empathetic, and personalised approach, carefully tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual, empowering them to grow, build resilience, and become stronger.
Her therapeutic toolkit includes evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, she supports her clients in transforming their goals whether personal, professional, or creative into meaningful progress and self-discovery.
Monique works closely with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, adjustment challenges, and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in health psychology, reflecting a commitment to providing affirming and inclusive care.
Additionally, Monique has completed comprehensive training in psychological assessments including the ADOS assessment. Her focus is on ensuring accurate identification and understanding of individual profiles to best support them across various settings.
Tatiana Zoghbi
Tatiana is a warm and compassionate registered psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. She brings years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of mental health and developmental concerns.
Tatiana is especially passionate about working with neurodiverse children and young people, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disabilities. She also provides support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and grief.
With a calm and empathetic approach, Tatiana is committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of each client. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Child-Centred Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Tatiana is also skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for developmental, cognitive, and educational concerns, and works closely with families, schools, and support networks to guide intervention and care.
